Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Slender corner spire

The tower is topped by a narrow spire. Print friendly adapts thin parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print. Printing slowly with good cooling helps the tip.

  2. Dormers and pointed windows

Small roof dormers and pointed window openings are fine detail. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm and a bigger print size keep them crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Unitarian Universalist Church, Stamford is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Unitarian Universalist Church, Stamford takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Unitarian Universalist Church, Stamford

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Stamford is a liberal religious community whose address is 20 Forest Street, in the downtown area of Stamford, Connecticut. The congregation was founded in the nineteenth century as a Universalist church and belongs to the Unitarian Universalist Association. Its main building is a Gothic Revival structure of modest size, designed by Gage Inslee, an architect from Stamford, and constructed in 1870 from fieldstone, brick and granite.

On the exterior, most windows of the main building are stenciled to look like stained glass, but the choir loft holds two genuine stained glass windows, believed to date from the 14th through the 17th centuries, which parishioner Thomas Crane brought to the congregation. Next to the main building stands the rectory, completed in 1880. It is noted as a Victorian Gothic design that includes early Queen Anne styling. The National Register of Historic Places listed the complex in 1987.
