Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Onion cap and thin spire

The onion-shaped cap and the thin spire on top are the finest parts. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; Full detail keeps them as modeled, best printed slowly with good cooling.

  2. Textured base and cornices

The lower section has fine stonework texture, and the cornices carry small ornaments. A larger print size and a 0.12 mm layer height keep these details crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Botevgrad Clock Tower is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Botevgrad Clock Tower takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Botevgrad Clock Tower

The clock tower of Botevgrad is the symbol of the town, stands in its very center, and belongs to the list of 100 Tourist Sites of Bulgaria. The master Vuno Markov, from Vrachesh, built it in 1866, when Bulgaria was still under Ottoman rule, as part of large-scale construction after the village of Samundjievo was declared a town and district center on the proposal of Midhat Pasha. The local ironmonger Gencho Nakov made the clock mechanism, and the master Lazar Dimitrov of Bansko made the bell.

The tower has three proportional sections and reaches 30 m, which makes it Bulgaria's tallest clock tower. The lower section is square and 11 m high, built of stone masonry with a door for servicing and winding the clock. The narrower middle section has half-columns on its edges and slightly wave-shaped walls. The hexagonal upper section houses the clock and the bell, and a weather-cock was placed on top in 1870. Baroque elements and blue frescoes decorate the cornices.

The clock still rings every hour, with a number of bell rings matching the hour, and the bell can be heard within a radius of 3 km. The original mechanism is on display at the Botevgrad History Museum, and the present one was built by craftsmen from the Etar Architectural-Ethnographic Complex. Wooden spiral stairs lead from the entrance up to the clock mechanism.
