The model keeps the open floor edges, the open helipad supports and the surviving cladding patches. Print friendly drops the finest facade infill; Full detail keeps it for a larger print or a fine nozzle.
- One piece with the ground
The Centro Financiero Confinanzas is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Centro Financiero Confinanzas takes the building color.

About the Centro Financiero Confinanzas
Torre de David is another name for the Centro Financiero Confinanzas, an abandoned and unfinished skyscraper in Venezuela's capital, Caracas. Only the twin towers of the Parque Central Complex stand taller in the country. Work started in 1990; the Venezuelan banking crisis stopped it in 1994. The nickname comes from David Brillembourg, its main investor, who died of cancer in 1993.
During that same crisis, the government assumed control of the building, and no completion has followed. The building lacks elevators, installed electricity and running water, and it has no windows, balcony railings or, in many places, walls. Six buildings form the group. One is El Atrio, which holds a lobby and conference room; another is Torre A, 171 meters and 45 stories high, with a heliport. The group also includes 12 floors of parking, Torre B, Edificio K and Edificio Z.
Housing was scarce in Caracas through the 2000s and 2010s. Squatters moved into the complex in October 2007, with ex-convicts leading them; more than 200 families took over. An auction in 2001 had already failed to attract a single offer.
