132 m of Édifice Marie-Guyart, 47 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- A tall office tower
A tall office tower can wobble when printed fast. Slow the print and allow good cooling, and try a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm for crisp vertical edges.
- One piece with the ground
Édifice Marie-Guyart is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Édifice Marie-Guyart takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Édifice Marie-Guyart
The Édifice Marie-Guyart, still widely called Complexe G, is a 132 m (433 ft) office skyscraper with 33 stories in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, finished in 1972. This brutalist tower is the city's tallest building, and also the tallest in Canada east of Montreal. It sits in the Parliament Hill borough. Tenants include two ministries: Education, Recreation and Sports, and Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks.
The name Complexe G comes from a 1963 plan for the area around the Hôtel du Parlement, in which each building was identified by a letter. The first version, in 1965, had four towers of 22 to 25 floors. A 1969 revision added the current tower plus two others, which were never built. Construction of the current tower ran from 1967 to 1972, and in 1987 it was renamed to honor Saint Marie of the Incarnation, who was born Marie Guyart. On the top floor, the Observatoire de la Capitale offers a 360 degree view over the city from 221 meters up.
About this model
Édifice Marie-Guyart is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
