3 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Thin posts along the front
A row of thin posts runs along one side of the long, low building. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print, ideally with slow, cooled printing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Highlands National Motorsport Museum takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Highlands National Motorsport Museum
The Highlands National Motorsport Museum sits at Highlands Motorsport Park, a motor racing circuit at Cromwell in Otago, New Zealand. The park opened on March 30, 2013, and its circuit is 4.100 km (2.548 mi) long. Visitors can drive on and off the track, and the park also has a sculpture park, mini golf and an outdoor go-kart track.
The park is also home to the New Zealand National Motorsport Museum, which displays machines such as former Formula One cars. In early 2016 the park bought an Aston Martin Vulcan, the only one in the Southern Hemisphere, and among just 24 in the world, for $4.2 million. The Highlands Festival of Speed, an annual mid-January event, was introduced in 2016.
Next door is the Central Motor Speedway, an egg-shaped dirt oval that opened in December 1980. From 2013 to 2016 the park held the Highlands 101, an annual endurance race run alongside the last round of the Australian GT Championship. Liam Lawson set the unofficial all-time track record of 1:23.753, driving a Rodin FZED on January 16, 2022.
About this model
The Highlands National Motorsport Museum is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
