Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Tiny rooftop units

Small boxes sit on the flat roof. Print friendly adapts these small details to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.

  2. A low, stepped model

The museum is low, with a stepped plan, so a larger print size keeps its rooflines readable. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the edges crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Las Vegas Natural History Museum is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Las Vegas Natural History Museum takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Las Vegas Natural History Museum

In Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, the Las Vegas Natural History Museum operates as a private, nonprofit institution. It opened on July 16, 1991, on Las Vegas Boulevard, facing the Department of Human Resources of the City of Las Vegas, in a part of downtown called the Cultural Corridor. The Fremont Street Experience is about a mile to the south.

Exotic and native mammals, marine life and dinosaurs are among its subjects, and in February 2010 an Egyptian exhibit opened that looks at the life of Tutankhamen. Among the galleries are the Marine Life Gallery, the Geology Gallery, the Young Scientist Center and the Wild Nevada Gallery. Treasures of Egypt, formerly the "King Tut" exhibit, was a gift from the Luxor Hotel and Casino.
