Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Fine window banding

The tower shaft is covered in thin horizontal banding for its floors. A larger print and a 0.12–0.16 mm layer height keep these lines crisp; "Print friendly" adapts them to the print scale.

  2. Rooftop details

The top of the tower has small stepped rooftop volumes. "Full detail" keeps every one of them, which suits large prints or a fine nozzle.

  3. One piece with the ground

Midland Square is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Midland Square takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Midland Square

Midland Square is a skyscraper in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, standing in Nakamura-ku's Meieki district. Its official name is the Toyota-Mainichi Building. The tower opened in early 2007 and stands 247 m (810 ft) tall, a little higher than the JR Central Towers close by.

The building holds offices of many companies. Tenants include Mainichi Shimbun, Towa Real Estate and Toyota Motor Corporation. There is also a shopping center of 60 name-brand stores, plus a cinema and two automobile showrooms. Its open-air observation deck holds the record as the highest in Japan.

The elevators are unusual: they have double floors, and they need only 40 seconds to reach the top. The building takes its name from the Chūbu region, whose name means "central region", and Nagoya is the capital of that region.
