Make this print opens the generator on a 800 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Preserve the tower facades

Both the curved tower and the branching tower have closely spaced facade details. Choose a larger print with Full detail to retain every modeled feature, or Print friendly to adapt those small details at a compact scale.

  2. Watch the rooftop mast

A thin mast projects above the taller tower, while small raised details dot the broad lower roofs. Print slowly with cooling near the mast, and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep rooftop edges crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Rio Las Vegas is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Rio Las Vegas takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Rio Las Vegas

Rio Las Vegas is a hotel and casino in Paradise, Nevada, close to the Strip. Its Brazilian theme takes its inspiration from Rio Carnival. Anthony Marnell originally owned the resort, which Marnell Corrao Associates designed and built. Construction began on February 9, 1989, and opening day followed on January 15, 1990. The opening property had 424 suites and a casino measuring 4,100 m2 (44,000 sq ft). It became the Las Vegas Valley's first hotel with an entirely suite-based room offering.

Expansions during the 1990s produced two distinct hotel tower forms. The original building and its additions comprise the Ipanema Tower, with three wings arranged as a Y and a height of 20 stories. At 383 feet tall, the Masquerade Tower has 41 stories. In February 1997, the resort introduced Masquerade Village at the new tower's base, combining shops and restaurants with a Mardi Gras theme. The Rio also hosted the World Series of Poker between 2005 and 2021, and its entertainment history includes performances by Danny Gans and Prince.
