66 m of the Thatbyinnyu Temple, 19 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Stacked terraces and spire
A temple of stacked terraces with a slim tower on top has fine details near the tip. Print friendly adapts thin parts; a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps the terraces crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Thatbyinnyu Temple is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Thatbyinnyu Temple takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Thatbyinnyu Temple
Thatbyinnyu Temple, a Theravadin Buddhist temple, stands in Bagan, Myanmar. It is counted among the monuments of the Bagan Archeological Area, which UNESCO lists as a World Heritage Site. King Sithu I founded it in 1144/45, inside the old city wall at its southeastern corner, and it was completed in 1150–51. Its pinnacle reaches 66 m (217 ft) across five stories, and it is regarded as Bagan's tallest temple. The Shwesandaw Pagoda is taller still, at 100 m (328 ft) or more.
The temple is a five-story brick masonry structure with a sikhara tower, topped by a hti at the pinnacle. White stucco covers the exterior, and stone paves the terraces. Seen from outside, it looks like square "cubes" piled on one another, divided by seven receding terraces, with stupa obelisks on square bases at each terrace corner. The temple's platform measures roughly 58 m (190 ft) per side, and its architectural height is 61.3 meters (201 ft).
The temple served as a place of worship, a monastery and a library. Monks lived on the first and second floors, the third floor held images, the fourth floor was a library and the fifth floor stored relics. Earthquakes in 1975 and 2016 badly damaged the temple, and in 2016 it ranked among the 36 worst-hit structures. The Bagan Archaeological Area received World Heritage status from UNESCO on July 6, 2019.
About this model
The Thatbyinnyu Temple is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
