Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Saddle roof and bracing ring

The roof sweeps down in a saddle curve above a thin ring of diagonal bracing. Print friendly adapts the bracing to the print scale; Full detail keeps it at larger print sizes and a finer layer height.

  2. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  3. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum takes the building color.

  4. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum

The Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum is an indoor arena with 14,870 seats, at the Arizona State Fairgrounds in Phoenix, Arizona. Other names for it include the Madhouse Coliseum and the Phoenix Memorial Coliseum. From 1968 to 1992 the arena was the home of the Phoenix Suns, a National Basketball Association team. It also hosted indoor soccer, roller hockey, minor league ice hockey, and roller derby.

Planning for an "Arizona State Fairgrounds Exposition Center" had begun by February 1960. Leslie Mahoney of Lescher and Mahoney, a Phoenix architect, presented the final plans in 1964, and construction began that summer. Lew Place of Tucson also took part in the design, and T. Y. Lin International was the structural engineering firm. The coliseum opened on November 3, 1965; the first show was a production of Ice Follies. Its cost came to an estimated $7 million, and all of the funding was private.

The roof is saddle-shaped and held by tension cables, and it carries over 1,000 precast concrete panels; it was considered innovative architectural engineering. The name was changed in April 1965 to honor Arizona's war veterans. The design influenced later arenas, including the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta. Inside are murals by the Phoenix artist Paul Coze.
