15 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Lattice floodlight towers
Four slim lattice towers rise above the roof at the corners, the finest parts of the model. Print friendly adapts their legs and bracing; a larger print keeps them open and crisp.
- Ring roof and box fascia
A thin ring roof runs over three stands and meets a deep box fascia on the separate south block. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep that contrast sharp.
- One piece with the ground
The Estádio D. Afonso Henriques is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Estádio D. Afonso Henriques takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Estádio D. Afonso Henriques
The Estádio D. Afonso Henriques is a football stadium in Guimarães, Portugal. It is the home of Vitória de Guimarães, the city's most successful club, and it holds 30,029 spectators. It is named after Afonso Henriques, the first King of Portugal, who was a Guimarães native. Before that the ground was known as the Estádio Municipal de Guimarães.
The ground was built in 1965, replacing the Campo da Amorosa, and it sits in the city center. Extensive works between 2002 and 2003 renovated and expanded it for UEFA Euro 2004, designed by the local architect Eduardo Guimarães at a cost of €34.252 million. The work enclosed the ground with a new south stand.
The rebuilt stadium was inaugurated on July 25, 2003, and it hosted two matches at UEFA Euro 2004. It had earlier been one of the grounds used for the 1991 under-20 world championship, and it has also held Portugal national team matches. It was one of the venues for the 2019 UEFA Nations League Finals.
