3 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Low, curved grandstand
The stadium is a low, sweeping curve with rows of seating and thin rails. Print friendly adapts the thin rails to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on larger prints with a fine nozzle.
- Small overall height
The grandstand is short compared with its footprint, so a larger print size helps the seating rows stay distinct. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the stepped seating crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Nat Bailey Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Nat Bailey Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Nat Bailey Stadium
Known as The Nat, Rogers Field at Nat Bailey Stadium is a baseball park in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the home field of the Vancouver Canadians, who play in the High-A Northwest League. It is in Hillcrest Park, just north-east of Queen Elizabeth Park, within the Riley Park neighborhood.
The stadium went up in 1951 under the name Capilano Stadium, taking over from Athletic Park, which dated from 1913. In 1978 it was renamed after his death for Vancouver restaurateur Nat Bailey, who founded the White Spot restaurant chain, honoring his work to promote baseball in Vancouver. A naming rights agreement announced in June 2010 made it Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, a name it kept until the deal ended in 2019.
The Vancouver Capilanos were its first tenants, in the early 1950s. Later the Vancouver Mounties, a Triple-A Pacific Coast League club, played there from 1956 until 1962, then 1965 through 1969. When the league came back in 1978, its Vancouver team was the Canadians, and owner Harry Ornest bought most of Sick's Stadium's main assets in Seattle and sent them north to Nat Bailey.
