Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Long stand, shallow roof

The model is the long main stand, with a shallow cantilever roof over an open seating rake. Print friendly adapts the thin canopy fascia and end-screen framing; Full detail keeps the dugouts and tunnel for a larger print.

  2. Layers for the rear ribbon

Use 0.12–0.16 mm layers so the canopy edge and the long rear window ribbon stay sharp.

  3. One piece with the ground

New Douglas Park is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. New Douglas Park takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About New Douglas Park

Also called The Hamilton Community Stadium under a sponsorship deal, New Douglas Park is a football ground in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. Its name comes from Douglas Park, Hamilton Academical's former ground, which stood just south of the present site. Ballast Nedam completed the ground in 2001; the initial plan was to call it Ballast Stadium.

In 2004 the playing surface became artificial FieldTurf, allowing the club to train and play youth matches without damaging the first-team pitch. In May 2008, Hamilton won promotion to the Scottish Premier League, and league rules required grass. A small temporary stand holding 500 had been added in March 2008 to bring capacity to 6,000 all-seater.

At the start of the 2013–14 season the club returned to an artificial surface, supplied by TigerTurf for £400,000. A players' vote in June 2018 named that surface the worst of 42 SPFL venues, and the next day the club announced plans to install a new Greenfields surface for 2018–19 at a cost of £750,000. The record attendance is 6,007, set on January 17, 2015, against Celtic.
