6 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Trusses standing on the roof
White lattice trusses stand on the flat roof, with bold chords and a sparse web of diagonals. Full detail keeps the diagonals; print larger if you want them to read.
- A roof over part of the rake
The roof covers only the eastern part of this long, shallow stand, and the rows at the other end stay open. A 0.12–0.16 mm layer height keeps the row steps and the rear wall clean.
- One piece with the ground
Pittodrie Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Pittodrie Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Pittodrie Stadium
Pittodrie Stadium is an all-seater ground in Aberdeen, Scotland, used mainly for football. Aberdeen F.C. of the Scottish Professional Football League have played at home there since the club formed in 1903; the original Aberdeen F.C. had used the ground from 1899 up to the merger. With 20,866 seats it is the SPFL's third largest stadium, and the biggest in Scotland outside the Central Belt.
The first Aberdeen club appeared in 1881 and wandered between venues until 1899, when a dung hill left by police horses was cleared and made ready for football. Mr Knight Erskine of Pittodrie leased out the land. Dumbarton were beaten 7-1 in the opening game on September 2, 1899. In April 1903 the club joined with Victoria United and Orion to become Aberdeen FC, and in 1925 came the Main Stand.
Aberdeen coach Donald Colman gave the game the dugout, wanting to sit lower so he could study his players' footwork. Bench-style seating went onto the south terracing in 1978, a decade ahead of the Taylor Report. The record crowd, 45,061, came on March 13, 1954 for a Scottish Cup tie with Hearts. The North Sea lies 550 yards away, with the King's Links golf course in between.
About this model
Pittodrie Stadium is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release.
