Snap-together frame test
One plate, under an hour: four matched corner pairs with two clip strengths and two fits. Snap each pair together, pull it apart, and pick the hold and fit that suit your printer.
Puzzle fit test
Two flat sheets of puzzle sockets and loose pieces at the 0.10, 0.20 and 0.30 mm fit gaps the Puzzle panel offers. One compares the four cut patterns, the other compares piece sizes from 15 to 50 mm. Use the tightest gap that seats cleanly as the puzzle fit gap.
