Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. One huge hipped roof

Most of the model is a single large hipped roof with a short ridge and a long western slope. Print friendly keeps its roof lights and small windows legible at small print sizes.

  2. Open aircraft entrance

The east end is a wide, open entrance with posts and braces behind it. A larger print helps that interior read; layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the slender posts crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Deelen Adelaerthoeve Hangar 11 is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Deelen Adelaerthoeve Hangar 11 takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Deelen Adelaerthoeve Hangar 11

The Deelen Adelaerthoeve hangar, or Adelaerthoeve, is an aircraft hangar at Koningsweg 24B in Arnhem, Netherlands. It was built in 1941 during the Second World War as part of Fliegerhorst Deelen. The hangar was built as a Wärmehalle, a heated parking or workshop space.

The building follows the head-neck-body farmhouse model found in the north of the country. It is a national monument, restored and in 2022 repurposed as a boutique hotel, a tea room and a large space for public activities.
