Make this print opens the generator on a 700 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Roofline and plan outline

The complex reads through its roofline and the outline of its plan. Print larger to keep those edges and corners crisp, and use 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Durango Casino and Resort is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Durango Casino and Resort takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Durango Casino and Resort

The Durango Casino and Resort sits in Rhodes Ranch, a Las Vegas Valley community, and combines a hotel with a casino. Durango Drive runs past the property, with the Las Vegas Beltway beside it. The resort has a casino of 83,178 square feet (7,727.5 m2), a 15-story tower with 209 rooms, and several restaurants.

Station Casinos bought the land from Jim Rhodes, the developer, in 2000. The company announced a hotel-casino called Durango Station four years later, a 1,000-room project that nearby residents opposed over its size and a proposed site near a new elementary school; the Clark County Commission approved it. A smaller version was later planned for a 2011 opening, but the Great Recession delayed the project indefinitely. Red Rock Resorts, Station's parent company, announced in 2021 that the project would proceed. Work started early in 2022, and the resort opened on December 5, 2023.
