16 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Open end and canopy edges
The stands wrap three sides around an open end, with thin cantilevered roof strips. Print friendly adapts the slender roof edges and seating steps; Full detail suits a larger print or a fine nozzle.
- Stepped terraces
The seating rises in stepped rakes with many fine lines. A layer height of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keeps the terrace lines crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Arena Independência is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Arena Independência takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Arena Independência
Arena Independência is an association football ground in Belo Horizonte's Horto neighborhood, in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The stadium dates from 1950, when it was raised for that year's FIFA World Cup in Brazil. After rebuilding work in 2010–2012, its capacity is approximately 23,000. The name comes from Sete de Setembro, a club whose title refers to September 7, Brazil's Independence Day.
Its formal name, Estádio Raimundo Sampaio, honors Sete de Setembro's former chairman. The club took ownership after Mineirão opened in 1965, and América Futebol Clube became owner when the two clubs merged. América plays its home games there, and the ground went to the Minas Gerais state government on a 20-year lease, a counterpart to public funds that paid for the demolition and the new build.
Construction began in 1947 ahead of the 1950 World Cup. Yugoslavia beat Switzerland 3–0 in the inaugural match on June 25, 1950, and Tomasevic scored the first goal at the ground. A famous World Cup upset also took place here, when the United States beat England 1–0 in that same tournament.
