Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Open trusses and roof edge

The model has an open field, a high three-sided roof and exposed triangular trusses. Print friendly adapts the slender truss members and perforated fascia; Full detail keeps them.

  2. Stair towers and bridges

Glazed stair towers and enclosed bridges sit across the corner gaps. A larger print or 0.12–0.16 mm layers helps their frames and diagonal bracing read cleanly.

  3. One piece with the ground

De Grolsch Veste is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. De Grolsch Veste takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About De Grolsch Veste

De Grolsch Veste is the home stadium of FC Twente, the football club in Enschede, Netherlands. It stands at the Business & Science Park, close to the University of Twente, and used to be called the Arke Stadion. The ground has 30,205 all-seated places, the pitch has a standard heating system, and a promenade replaces fences around the stands. The UEFA Women's Euro 2017 final was played here.

FC Twente moved in on March 22, 1998, leaving the old Diekman Stadion behind. Its foundation stone was laid on January 31, 1997, and construction took fourteen months; the bill came to an estimated 33 million guilders. PSV were beaten 3–0 in the first fixture on May 10, 1998. A sponsorship deal with the local Grolsch brewery brought the present name in May 2008.

Expansion in 2011 added a second ring in a U shape. During work on one short side on July 7, 2011, the roof gave way, and two workers died while 14 were hurt. The damaged roof was taken down and construction continued; the enlarged ground was officially opened on October 29 with a 2–2 draw against PSV Eindhoven. A memorial was unveiled on the site a year after the collapse.
