5 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Thin arched roof frame
The grandstand roof is a thin arched frame. Print friendly adapts these thin members to the print scale, while Full detail keeps every one for a larger print or a fine nozzle.
- Long low bleachers
A long, low bleacher block with fine rows of seating sits apart from the grandstand. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm and a larger print size keep the rows readable.
- One piece with the ground
Labatt Park is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Labatt Park takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Labatt Park
Labatt Memorial Park, called Tecumseh Park from 1877 to 1936, is a baseball ground in central London, Ontario, Canada, close to the Thames River's forks. It is described as the oldest baseball grounds in continual operation, and its history goes back to 1877. The City of London has owned the park since December 31, 1936. Before 1877 the site was a grassy commons at the riverforks, probably used for recreational games.
Tecumseh Park came about in 1877 as a result of the London Tecumsehs Baseball Club, founded in 1868. London china merchant W. J. Reid created the park and named it for Tecumseh, the Shawnee chief who fought on the British side in the War of 1812. The first game, on May 3, 1877, saw the Tecumsehs beat their junior side, the London Atlantics, 5-1. A crowd of 8,000 watched the Boston Red Stockings, champions of the National League, narrowly beat the Tecumsehs, 7-6, on May 24, 1877.
On July 11, 1883, flooding on the Thames River destroyed the original grandstands, and a replacement grandstand facing east toward downtown London served from 1883 to 1937. After a flood in 1937 damaged the park again, a third grandstand, used from 1937 to 2001, and a new clubhouse were built. The Labatt Brewing Company donated $10,000 to renovate the park and, on December 31, 1936, gave the whole property to the City of London, on condition that it would always remain a public athletic park and take the name "The John Labatt Memorial Athletic Park."
About this model
Labatt Park is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
