8 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Truss and floodlights on the roof
The north roof carries a steel lattice truss and a bank of floodlights, the finest detail on the model. Full detail keeps the truss members; at small sizes Print friendly simplifies them.
- Roofs meeting the new corners
Almost flat over the Tribuna and lower over the other sides, the roofs step down at the corners where the 1998 stands were added. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep those edges and the scoreboard panel crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Mendizorrotza Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Mendizorrotza Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Mendizorrotza Stadium
The Campo de Fútbol de Mendizorrotza, or Mendizorrotza Stadium, is a football ground in Spain, in the Basque province of Álava; the city it serves is Vitoria-Gasteiz. It holds 19,840 spectators and Deportivo Alavés plays its home matches there. Several renovations came later, the most important the 1998 expansion that added new stands in the corners and lifted the capacity to those 19,840 seats, and the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz owns the ground.
It opened on April 27, 1924, the day before Saint Prudence's Day, the feast of the patron of Álava, and it ranks third among the oldest football grounds in Spanish professional football, with only El Molinón and Mestalla older. Deportivo Alavés met Unión Deportiva Deusto in the first match played there, and Pérez Muga scored its first goal. The Basque Country national team has played two games at the ground, beating Hungary 5-1 in 1980 and Venezuela 4-2 in 2018.
