Make this print opens the generator on a 750 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A ring of slanted supports

The outer wall is a ring of slanted struts under a thin roof rim. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; Full detail keeps every strut, which suits a larger print or a fine nozzle.

  2. A wide, open bowl

The seating bowl is open to the sky, so the stepped tiers are visible from above. A bigger print size shows them more clearly, and layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep the steps crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Narendra Modi Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Narendra Modi Stadium takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Narendra Modi Stadium

Narendra Modi Stadium stands in Motera, in the city of Ahmedabad in Gujarat, India, close to the Sabarmati River. Its total capacity of 132,000 makes it the largest cricket stadium in the world, and the largest stadium of any kind in the world by capacity. The Gujarat Cricket Association owns it, and it has hosted the 2023 Cricket World Cup final. It is named after Narendra Modi, who earlier served as Chief Minister of Gujarat and as president of the Gujarat Cricket Association.

The stadium replaced Sardar Patel Gujarat Stadium, which was demolished in 2015. Populous designed the new building and Larsen and Toubro built it. Construction formally began on January 16, 2017, and was finished in February 2020. It first opened to the public on February 24, 2020, and was officially inaugurated a year later, on February 24, 2021, hours before the first international match played there, a day-night Test between India and England using a pink ball.

The site covers 63 acres and has four entry points. Most stands have two tiers, with a three-tier main pavilion. Y-shaped columns carry the two-tier sections from below, so no pillars block the view of the field. An LED lighting system runs around the inner edge of the roof in place of floodlights, and the roof was kept light and apart from the seating bowls to improve earthquake resistance.
