Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Fine ribs around the drum

The round wall is wrapped in narrow vertical ribs, and the roof carries fine parallel lines. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.

  2. A wide, low roof

The roof is a broad flat span with thin lines across it. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep those lines and the ribbed edge crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Royal Arena is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Royal Arena takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Royal Arena

The Royal Arena, an indoor venue for many kinds of events, is in Copenhagen's Ørestad South district. Construction began with a ground-breaking on June 26, 2013, and the doors opened in February 2017. The capacity is 12,500 for sporting events, and concerts can hold as many as 17,000 people, seated or standing. The city wanted to stage international events of its own, such as the Eurovision Song Contest and major concerts, so Copenhagen decided to construct an arena of that scale.

Plans for the arena were unveiled at a press conference at the Bella Sky Hotel on September 23, 2011. The design followed on June 7, 2012. It came from a team of 3XN, Arup, HKS, Inc., ME Engineers and Planit, which gave the arena a distinctly Nordic look. Realdania and Copenhagen Municipality each put up DKK 325,000,000. Live Nation was chosen to run the arena in December 2011, ahead of AEG Facilities. Royal Unibrew, a Danish brewery, was announced as the commercial sponsor in 2014 and gained naming rights for "Royal".

The arena's first major sporting event was the European Short Course Swimming Championships in 2017. In 2018 it shared hosting of the IIHF World Championship with Jyske Bank Boxen, and in 2019 it was among eight venues in Denmark and Germany used for the World Men's Handball Championship. On September 28, 2019, Denmark's first UFC event took place there.

About this model

The Royal Arena is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
