10 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Roof ring and fascia
One level ring covers every seat, and a deep fascia wraps its outer edge above a band of open columns. Print friendly adapts the thin columns; Full detail keeps them for a larger print.
- The opening over the pitch
A rounded rectangle is cut through the roof, and its inner edge is the outline people read first from above. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep that rim crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Stade de Genève is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Stade de Genève takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Stade de Genève
The Stade de Genève, or Stadium of Geneva, stands in Lancy, in the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, and it is also called the Stade de la Praille. The Canton of Geneva owns the ground. Zschokke Construction S.A. completed it in 2003 after nearly three years of work, and it holds 30,084 spectators.
The ground is normally the home venue of Servette FC, Geneva's football team. England beat Argentina 3–2 there on November 12, 2005, and Brazil beat New Zealand 4–0 on June 4, 2006. It was one of the venues of UEFA Euro 2008, where it staged three group-stage matches in Group A, and it has also been used for rugby union.
In the summer of 2016 the ground was equipped with heated hybrid turf for the football and rugby clubs of Servette. During the 2019–20 season every one of its 30,000 seats was replaced with new burgundy seating, and part of the north stand has no seats, forming a standing section for about 500 fans.
