Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Steel frames above the roof

The frames stand proud of the roof as thin ribs, and their legs run down the outer wall as V struts. Full detail keeps those members whole; a larger print keeps them apart.

  2. Fold lines in the roof

The roof and the outer wall are folded panel by panel, so the creases are shallow. Print at 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep the folds and the pale knee line crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Stadion, Malmö is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Stadion, Malmö takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Stadion, Malmö

Malmö FF play at Stadion, a football ground in Malmö, Sweden, which also carries the Eleda Stadion name for sponsorship reasons. Senior and youth international matches have been staged there too. It opened in April 2009 in place of Malmö Stadion, the club's home since 1958, and FOJAB Arkitekter designed it together with Berg Arkitektkontor.

League matches bring in a crowd of 22,500 spectators, of whom 18,000 sit and 4,500 stand. In European matches those standing places become 3,000 seats, so the ground turns into a 21,000-capacity all-seater. It is rated UEFA category 4, which means every UEFA club competition match can be played there except finals.

Peab was the main contractor, and the ground ended up costing 695 million kronor (€79.7 million). The completed building stands 27 meters tall, and measures 150 meters by 215 meters. Swedbank, the banking group that held the naming rights from 2007 to 2017, gave the ground its earlier name, Swedbank Stadion.
