Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Preserve the layered roof details

Small dormers and stacked projections break up the sloping roof. A larger print with Full detail will retain more of these features; choose Print friendly to adapt them at smaller sizes.

  2. Keep the balcony lines crisp

The recessed front has narrow balcony rails beneath a roof covered in fine lines. Use a slicer layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm to keep the vertical details crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Copper Queen Hotel is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Copper Queen Hotel takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Copper Queen Hotel

The Copper Queen Hotel stands in Bisbee, Arizona, and is a historic hotel. It is the state's longest continuously operated hotel, a distinction that sets it apart among Arizona's hotels. The Phelps Dodge Corporation built it between 1898 and 1902 to host investors and dignitaries who came to the corporation's copper mine nearby.

The hotel has also appeared on television: the Travel Channel series Resort Rescue devoted an episode to it. The episode showed a drunken streaker running around the building at midday, a scene set against the historic hotel in Bisbee, Arizona.
