186 m of the Gran Hotel Bali, 51 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Open crown frames
The top is an open frame of beams and piers rather than a solid roof. Print friendly keeps the stepped crown and the balcony rhythm at small sizes.
- Balcony grid and lift core
Deep balcony slabs and full-height fins wrap the tower around a projecting lift core. Full detail preserves the repeated grid; a fine layer keeps it crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Gran Hotel Bali is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Gran Hotel Bali takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Gran Hotel Bali
Gran Hotel Bali is a four-star skyscraper hotel in Benidorm, in the province of Alicante, Spain. The tower is 186 m (610 ft) tall. It was built between 1988 and 2002 and opened on May 17, 2002. In 2002, no building in Spain stood taller, Torre Picasso included, and it kept that rank until Torre Espacio overtook it in November 2007.
The hotel is a set of four buildings designed by architect Antonio Escario. It can host up to 2,000 guests, with 18 lifts, plus gardens and pools. It stands in La Cala de Benidorm, about 350 meters from Playa Poniente on the Mediterranean coast.
Construction began on June 20, 1988, and the structure was finished ten years later, followed by fitting-out and decoration. The hotel cost 90 million euros. Its safety systems include fireproof materials, smoke-release windows that open automatically, self-closing fire doors and a computer system that alerts technicians without human intervention.
About this model
