Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Long, low wings

The school spreads out in several low wings with a gabled entrance. A larger print keeps the small windows and roof lines; a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm helps the fine lines.

  2. One piece with the ground

Greens Farms School is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Greens Farms School takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Greens Farms School

In Westport, Connecticut's Greens Farms neighborhood, Greens Farms School is found where Post Road East meets Morningside Drive South. Built in 1925, it gained an addition in 1950. Charles Cutler designed it in a Tudor Revival style, and it is a fine example of that style. No other school building in Westport is in the Tudor Revival style. The National Register of Historic Places listed it in 1991.

Its interior holds art from a Works Project Administration project dating to about 1935. The school closed in June 1983 because of declining enrollment, and the Westport Arts Center leased it afterward. In 1996, with enrollment rising, officials looked at options including reopening it. Reclaiming the building was judged the cheaper course than a new one. In 1997 the town took the school back for use as an elementary school. Renovation and expansion for that purpose cost the town $16 million, and it reopened as Greens Farms Elementary School.
