Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Porch, shutters and chimneys

The porch has slim posts and steps, the windows have shutters, and tall chimneys rise from the roof. Print friendly adapts these thin parts; Full detail keeps them on larger prints.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Joseph Jackson House is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Joseph Jackson House takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Joseph Jackson House

In the borough of Rockaway, Morris County, New Jersey, at 82 East Main Street, stands the Joseph Jackson House, also called the Colonel Joseph Jackson House. It is a historic Dutch Colonial building and a frame structure of three and one-half stories. The Historic American Buildings Survey documented it in 1938. Its National Register of Historic Places listing, dated March 4, 1975, rests on its significance in industry.

The builder may have been Stephen Jackson (1744-1812), but the house is credited to Joseph Jackson (1774-1854), his son, who was an industrialist of note in Rockaway between 1812 and 1854. His public roles included Postmaster, Morris County Judge, Justice of Peace and member of the New Jersey Assembly. In 1885 the house was bought by Dr. George H. Foster. A bequest to the borough in 1939 passed it on to serve as a library and museum. The Rockaway Borough Public Library occupies it.
