Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Arched roof girders

Two arched lattice girders stand above the roof on hangers. Print friendly adapts the thin bracing; Full detail and a larger print keep the lattice open.

  2. Sliding hangar doors

A full-width bank of eight sliding doors sits under a peaked clerestory. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the door divisions and the small upper window crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Krakow Czyzyny aircraft hangar is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Krakow Czyzyny aircraft hangar takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Krakow Czyzyny aircraft hangar

The Czyżyny aircraft hangar stands at os. 2 Pułku Lotniczego 26a in Kraków, Poland. It was constructed in 1931 as the city's civilian airport. During World War II the hangar was badly damaged but was rebuilt quickly, and it later served as a bus depot for three decades.

In 2009 the building was transferred for use by the Museum of Engineering and Technology, and it is known as Hangar Czyżyny. The interior offers almost 2,000 m² of raw, postindustrial space, and its rooms occupy two stories and a mezzanine.

The museum uses the former hangar as a branch, where exhibitions are presented and educational activities take place. The branch is part of the Museum of Engineering and Technology in Kraków, and its address is os. 2 Pułku Lotniczego 26a. Map data identifies the building as an aircraft hangar and museum.
