7 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Print it larger
This is a low, wide building, so a larger print gives the cleanest edges and rooflines. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the vertical faces crisp.
- One piece with the ground
LEGO House is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. LEGO House takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About LEGO House
LEGO House occupies a 12,000-square-meter building in Billund, Denmark, and contains 25 million Lego bricks. It stands near Legoland and the Lego Group's headquarters, on the old town hall site, a few meters from the workshop where the company started in 1932. People also call it Home of the Brick, after the town where Lego originates.
Bjarke Ingels Group was the architect, and the building opened on September 28, 2017. Twenty-one staggered blocks give it the look of Lego bricks, while nine roof terraces contain play areas for children. Lego System A/S owns and maintains it, and white ceramic tiles on the facade reflect light, keeping the exterior subdued.
Inside are two exhibitions, four experience zones and a Lego Museum on the brand's history. The rooms hang from a steel bridge, leaving no columns in the interior, and the roof terraces cost nothing to enter. Bright colors were used on the roof terraces. Building took four years, with a budget that was never disclosed.
About this model
LEGO House is one of more than 4,400 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
