Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Small domed turrets

Several small domed turrets and roof details sit along the roofline. Print friendly adapts these small parts to your print scale; Full detail keeps them, which suits a larger print.

  2. Rows of arched windows

Long rows of narrow arched windows run along the sides. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep their shapes clear, and a larger print gives each arch more room.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Monte Carlo Casino is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Monte Carlo Casino takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Monte Carlo Casino

Located in Monaco, the Monte Carlo Casino is a gambling and entertainment complex. Its official name is Casino de Monte-Carlo. Besides the casino itself, the complex holds the Opéra de Monte-Carlo and offices for Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. The Société des Bains de Mer, known as SBM, owns and runs it. SBM is a public company in which Monaco's government and the ruling princely family hold a majority interest. Monaco's own citizens may not enter the gaming rooms.

Princess Caroline, the spouse of Prince Florestan, originated the idea of a casino in Monaco, with the revenue meant to rescue the House of Grimaldi from bankruptcy. A first casino opened on December 14, 1856 in the Villa Bellevu, a modest mansion in La Condamine intended as a temporary location. Work at the present site, an area called Les Spelugues, began on May 13, 1858, with a design by Gobineau de la Bretonnerie, an architect from Paris, and it was finished in 1863. In 1863 François Blanc took over the casino business; at his insistence the area was renamed Monte Carlo in honor of Prince Charles.

Charles Garnier, designer of the Paris opera house (the Palais Garnier), and Jules Dutrou (1819–1885) reworked and enlarged the building in 1878–79. Garnier designed a concert hall on the side facing the sea, later named the Salle Garnier. Despite later additions and modifications, the casino keeps a distinctly Beaux Arts character. The casino gardens hosted the first Women's Olympiad in 1921. In the summer of 1913 a roulette ball fell on black 26 times in a row there, the best-known case of the gambler's fallacy.
