Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Stepped blocks and small chimneys

The playhouse is a cluster of stepped blocks with a few small chimneys on the roofs. Print friendly thickens those small parts for the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.

  2. One piece with the ground

Paper Mill Playhouse is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Paper Mill Playhouse takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Paper Mill Playhouse

Paper Mill Playhouse, a regional theater of roughly 1,200 seats, stands in Millburn, Essex County, New Jersey, beside the Rahway River. In 1972 New Jersey's governor, William Cahill, declared it the state's official theater. The Regional Theatre Tony Award went to the playhouse in 2016.

The site began as a mill: The Thistle Paper Mill was built by Sam Campbell beside the Rahway River in March 1795. From the late 1870s until 1928 the Diamond Mill Paper Company used it to make paper. In the late 1920s, the writer and performer Antoinette Scudder and the actor and director Frank Carrington joined forces to create a theater, and they spent many years converting the empty mill.

The theater was founded in 1934, and its first performance, The Kingdom of God, took place on November 14, 1938. By 1941 operettas had become a specialty, which lasted into the early 1950s. A 1980 fire closed the building for rebuilding, and it reopened on October 30, 1982. Paper Mill was among the first theaters in the movement for regional theater across the United States.
