Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Tall tower, fine layers

The model is a tall, slender tower. Print it as large as your bed allows so the upper floors stay clear; Print friendly adapts thin parts to small sizes, and 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers keep the edges sharp.

  2. One piece with the ground

The PIF Tower is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The PIF Tower takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the PIF Tower

The Public Investment Fund Tower, known as PIF Tower, rises 385 m (1,263 ft) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It stands at the heart of the King Abdullah Financial District and serves as headquarters for the Public Investment Fund, the country's sovereign wealth fund. The tower takes its name from the fund. Work on it began in 2010, the structure reached its full height in 2014, and final completion came in 2021. The tower is also recognized as one of the world's most technologically advanced skyscrapers.

The 80-story tower is Riyadh's tallest building and the second-tallest in the country, ahead of the Burj Rafal. HOK and Omrania designed it. Inside are an observation deck, an atrium over two stories and sky lobbies at double height, while the elevator system uses two cabs moving in a single shaft. A fitness center, a swimming pool and a cafeteria are also part of the building.
