280 m of the Republic Plaza (Singapore), 76 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- A tall tower, printed slowly
A tall tower is slender for its height. Printing it slowly with good cooling keeps the upper floors clean, and a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps vertical detail crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Republic Plaza (Singapore) is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Republic Plaza (Singapore) takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Republic Plaza (Singapore)
Republic Plaza is a skyscraper in the Downtown Core of Singapore, made up of two towers on a 10-story podium. The first of the towers, Republic Plaza I, rises 280 meters (920 ft) and has 66 floors. Its cross-section is octagonal and varies with height: on the upper floors, the longer sides are rotated 45 degrees relative to the street-level floors. The second tower, Republic Plaza II, has 23 stories, sits on the podium and faces Malacca Street.
Kisho Kurokawa designed Republic Plaza I. When finished, it shared the title of Singapore's tallest building with OUB Centre and UOB Plaza. Its structure combines a moment-resisting frame with a central core, and its exterior is clad in blue glass panels and polished granite. The podium holds a three-floor retail area, and Raffles Place MRT station connects to the basement.
The first tower was finished in December 1995, after building work began in December 1991. The second tower followed by January 1997, and Republic Plaza officially opened on January 25, 1998. Prefabrication and a modular design reduced construction time and cost, and Fiabci's Best of the World contest awarded the building its top prize in May 1997.
About this model
The Republic Plaza (Singapore) is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
