Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A small building at default size

The academy building is small at the default print size, so a larger print gives its details more room to read.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences

The academy is a Spanish academic institution and learned society founded in Madrid in 1847. It studies several scientific fields, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and engineering. Its headquarters are at calle Valverde 22 and 24, in premises that the Royal Spanish Academy had used before. The body also includes honorary members and foreign correspondents.

Its predecessor, the Academy of Mathematics, dates from 1582, when it was created in Madrid under Philip II. Juan de Herrera proposed it and served as its first director from 1583 to 1597. It was founded in Lisbon under documents dated December 25, 1582, and started work in October of the following year at the Royal Alcazar of Madrid.

An academy of medicine and natural science dates from 1734. The project collapsed with the fall of the Marquis of Ensenada in 1754. A decree of February 7, 1834 provided for a Royal Academy of Science in Madrid, and a royal decree of February 25, 1847 replaced it with an academy covering mathematics, physics and natural sciences. The academy moved to calle Valverde in 1897 and has 54 full members and 90 national correspondents.
