Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences in 3D
The landmark on its own, at its size on a 160 mm print. Print friendly thickens thin parts for a 0.4 mm nozzle; Full detail keeps every part.

8 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Portico columns and balustrade
The six-column portico and open roof balustrade are the finest parts. Print friendly adapts them at small sizes; Full detail or a larger print keeps the columns and balusters separate.
- Copper tower and dormers
The rounded tower crown, dormers and chimneys need clean vertical detail. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm help, especially on a larger print.
- One piece with the ground
The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences
The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, in Swedish Kungliga Vetenskapsakademien, belongs to Sweden's royal academies. It was founded on June 2, 1739, and operates as an independent, non-governmental scientific organization with a special role in promoting the natural sciences and mathematics and in strengthening their place in society. It also works to encourage the exchange of ideas between disciplines. The academy is based in the Royal National City Park in the Stockholm region.
Its goals include giving researchers a forum that crosses subject boundaries, supporting younger researchers, rewarding outstanding research and advancing the case for science in society. Each year it names the winners of the physics and chemistry Nobel Prizes, the Riksbank economics prize given in Alfred Nobel's memory, the Crafoord and Sjöberg prizes and several more. It maintains links with academies, learned societies and scientific organizations abroad and promotes international scientific cooperation.
