Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Fine church details

Gothic detailing can be small at the default size. Print friendly adapts thin parts to the print scale; Full detail suits a larger print, and a 0.12–0.16 mm layer height keeps fine vertical detail crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Saint-Michel Basilica-Cathedral is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Saint-Michel Basilica-Cathedral takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Saint-Michel Basilica-Cathedral

This Roman Catholic cathedral, which is also a minor basilica, is dedicated to St. Michael and stands in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada. It serves as the seat of the Archdiocese of Sherbrooke, which is Roman Catholic. A decree of Pope John XXIII dated July 31, 1959 elevated the shrine to minor basilica rank.

The building went up in two phases. The lower half was built from 1914 to 1917, after which a lack of funds led to a pause of thirty-nine years; the upper half was completed in 1956 to 1957. Louis-Napoleon Audet designed the Gothic-style cathedral and was the architect for both phases. The large façade window depicts the four Evangelists, and Rafaël Lardeur of Paris crafted the cathedral's 105 stained-glass windows. Ozias Leduc painted the archbishop's chapel.

About this model

The Saint-Michel Basilica-Cathedral is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
