Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A narrow terrace house

The museum is one slice of a terrace, so it is a low building rather than a tall silhouette. Print it larger and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep the wall surfaces and roof edge crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Sherlock Holmes Museum is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Sherlock Holmes Museum takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Sherlock Holmes Museum

A privately run museum in London, the Sherlock Holmes Museum is devoted to the fictional detective. It was the first museum anywhere dedicated to Holmes as a literary character. It opened in 1990 on Baker Street, where it carries the number 221B with permission from the City of Westminster, though it actually stands between numbers 237 and 241, toward the north end of Baker Street and close to Regent's Park.

The museum occupies a Georgian town house built in 1815. From 1860 to 1936 it served as a boarding house. Its displays cover the period from 1881 to 1904, when the stories have Holmes and Doctor Watson lodging with Mrs Hudson. The house forms part of the terrace at 237–241 Baker Street, which has a Grade II listing on England's National Heritage List. Exhibits draw on several adaptations of Holmes, and the museum includes recreations of scenes from Granada Television's 1984 series.
