Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Smooth glass facades

A tall glass tower has long, clean edges, so a fine layer height such as 0.12–0.16 mm keeps its crisp edges. Print slowly, with good cooling, if the upper floors look rough.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Torre de Cristal is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Torre de Cristal takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Torre de Cristal

The Torre de Cristal (Glass Tower in Spanish) is a skyscraper within Madrid's Cuatro Torres Business Area, in Spain. Construction ran from 2004 to 2008, and the tower reaches 249 m (817 ft) over 52 floors. César Pelli was the architect and Dragados the builder; the tower forms part of the Cuatro Torres complex, located in Fuencarral-El Pardo.

Glass covers the facades completely. Near the top, the floor plan varies and shifts the four facade planes, so the building looks like cut crystal. Pelli described the diamond-shaped tower as aiming for purity in its facets and flashes. The rectangular floor plan measures 51 by 33 meters, and the entrance hall is up to 10 meters high.

The glass cladding covers 44,000 square meters, and the building used 40,000 cubic meters of concrete. It has 27 elevators and six underground parking levels. The top floor holds a vertical garden of 600 m2 behind the glass facade, described as the tallest in Europe. The French botanist Patrick Blanc designed the green wall.

About this model

The Torre de Cristal is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
