  1. Tall tower, fine top

The upper floors and roofline carry the smallest detail on a tall tower. Print friendly adapts those parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them for a large print or a fine nozzle.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Tour Légende is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Tour Légende takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Tour Légende

The Tour Légende is an office skyscraper in La Défense, a high-rise business district to the west of Paris, France. It was built for Électricité de France, the country's main electricity company, and it holds the company's offices. The tower is 165 m (541 ft) tall. Its ground plan is an ellipse. Its maximum length is 70 m (230 ft) and maximum width 32 m (105 ft). I. M. Pei, PCF Architects and Roger Saubot are credited as its architects.

The tower's most distinctive feature is a conic section cut into its northern edge. The resulting hole rises through the building from the ground floor up to the 26th floor and forms the main entrance, which sits under a circular canopy that measures 24 m (79 ft) across. Because of the cut, the tower's length at ground level is a little less than at the top. Its cladding alternates horizontal bands of plain steel and tinted windows, and the tower dates from 2001.
