194 m of the Tour Majunga, 53 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Tall tower, fine layers
Print a tower this tall at a larger size so the upper floors stay sharp, and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep the vertical lines and the beveled facade crisp.
- Landmark detail setting
Full detail keeps every modeled feature and suits a large print or a fine nozzle; Print friendly adapts thin parts and small details to the print scale.
- One piece with the ground
The Tour Majunga is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Tour Majunga takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Tour Majunga
Tour Majunga rises in the La Défense district of Paris, on the Puteaux side, in France. It stands 194 m (636 ft) tall to the top of its spire and has 47 floors. Work started in late January 2011, finished in July 2014, and the tower opened on September 25, 2014. Its architect was Jean-Paul Viguier, and its developer and promoter was Unibail-Rodamco.
The design departs from the monolithic look of older towers: the building is composed of three linked planes that unfold differently while still forming one whole. A wavelike bevel shapes one side, and openings in the outer walls hold gardens on the upper floors, which aid thermal regulation. It was the first tower in France to have a loggia or balcony with outdoor access on every floor.
Two elevator banks serve the 39 floors of offices in the superstructure. Floor plates run between 1,350 m2 and 1,550 m2, or 14,500 and 16,700 sq ft, with 67,200 m2 in total, or 723,000 sq ft, restaurant included. Floors 21 to 39 are occupied by Deloitte, and a 14 m high entrance hall connects the tower directly with the Esplanade de La Défense station.
About this model
The Tour Majunga is one of more than 4,400 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
