Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A domed tower beside a long range

A slender domed tower with an open arch stands apart from the long building. Print friendly adapts its thin top to the print scale; Full detail keeps it on larger prints.

  2. Rows of windows

The long facade carries many small windows and columns. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps these crisp, and a larger print size keeps more of them.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Trinity College Dublin takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Trinity College Dublin

Trinity College Dublin is the University of Dublin's only constituent college, and it lies in Ireland. Queen Elizabeth I founded it in 1592 through a royal charter. Great Britain and Ireland have seven ancient universities, and it is among them. It is described as Ireland's oldest university. The college was set up on the site of the former Augustinian Priory of All Hallows, just southeast of the city walls, and its first provost, Adam Loftus, named it after his former college at Cambridge. Two years after the foundation, work began around one small square.

In the 18th century the Parliament of Ireland made grants for the college's neoclassical Parliament Square. The Old Library, begun in 1712, was the first building of that period. Next came The Printing House, then the Dining Hall. The Rubrics, the Campanile and the Graduates Memorial Building are among its landmarks. Its library is a legal deposit library for Ireland and also for the United Kingdom, and the Book of Kells has been kept there since 1661.

From 1592 until 1845, when new Queen's Colleges opened in Belfast, Galway and Cork, the University of Dublin was Ireland's sole university. Alumni include the writers Oscar Wilde, Jonathan Swift, Samuel Beckett and Bram Stoker, as well as the statesman Éamon de Valera and the philosophers George Berkeley and Edmund Burke.
