3 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Dormers and chimneys
Several dormers and tall chimneys break up the roofline. Print friendly adapts these small parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on larger prints.
- Small house, fine shingles
This is a low model with textured gable walls and window details. A bigger print size and a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the texture crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Tulipwood, Somerset is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Tulipwood, Somerset takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Tulipwood, Somerset
Tulipwood, a Shingle style house at 1165 Hamilton Street, stands in Franklin Township, in New Jersey's Somerset County, within the Somerset section. Jacob August Lienau designed it, and it dates from 1892, when it was built for Stephen Guion Williams, whose family was behind the Williams & Guion Black Star Line. Two earlier houses had been built on the property. It is also known as Whitehaven Farms.
From 1877 the land belonged to Mary Maclay Pentz Williams's family. An 8-1/4 acre piece of what had been 121 acres (0.49 km2) passed to Stephen Guion Williams under Mary Williams's will on February 28, 1891. Leigh W. Kimball and his family made the house their home in 1920, and his grandson Christopher Lehman was its last resident before Franklin Township bought it in 2003 and passed it to the Meadows Foundation. The National Register of Historic Places listing came on September 9, 2005.
