42 m of the Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima, 12 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Ribs and open corners
The roof rests on slender leaning ribs and A-frame columns, with open corners at the south end. Print friendly adapts these thin members, while a larger print and 0.12–0.16 mm layers keep them crisp.
- Solar banks on the roof
Twin raised solar strips cross the roof wings. Full detail keeps their separate rows; Print friendly simplifies them at small print sizes.
- One piece with the ground
The Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima
Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima is a stadium built for football in Hiroshima, Japan, seating 28,520 people. Sanfrecce Hiroshima and Sanfrecce Hiroshima Regina have both used it as their home since 2024. Sanfrecce Hiroshima had played at the multipurpose Hiroshima Big Arch stadium since 1992, and the new stadium was planned specifically for football.
The white saddle roof swells above the south end and drops toward the north stand. Its southern corners are notched, and the northern section has a deep dip said to draw on the "wings of hope" motif that symbolizes Hiroshima. Four stands, each of a different design, enclose the pitch: two tiers along the sides, a tall single-tier home terrace holding 6,200 behind the south goal, and a smaller visitors' stand of 2,200 at the north end. Only about 8 meters separate the stands from the pitch.
The ground occupies part of the central park, a short walk from the A-Bomb Dome and beside Hiroshima Castle. A consortium led by Taisei Corporation began work in 2022, and the venue opened on February 1, 2024, at an estimated cost of ¥27.1 billion. EDION, an electronics retailer, bought the naming rights for 10 years, covering February 1, 2024 to January 31, 2034.
