10 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Tall, thin floodlight masts
Four slim floodlight masts stand around the stands. Print friendly adapts thin parts like these to your print scale; a larger print or Full detail keeps them as modeled.
- Slender posts above the roof
A row of thin posts and diagonal ties rises above the covered stand. Print slowly and use a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm so these fine parts stay crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Estadio Cartagonova is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Estadio Cartagonova takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Estadio Cartagonova
Estadio Cartagonova, in Cartagena, Spain, is a stadium with many uses, though it is used mostly for football matches. Its capacity is 15,105 spectators. The name Cartagonova comes from Carthago Nova, meaning New Carthage, which was what the city of Cartagena was called in Roman times. Building the ground was the job of CMMP Arquitectos, a project team from Murcia.
The stadium was finished in a matter of months. It hosted its first match on February 7, 1988, with Cartagena CF facing Burgos CF in a goalless draw. Two games passed before the first goal was scored there, by Uribarrena of Bilbao Athletic. FC Cartagena has played its home matches at the stadium since 1995, and in 1998 the team recorded an 8–0 win against CD Tortona.
