Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Fins on the curved wall

Dozens of thin vertical fins run around the curved outer wall. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; Full detail keeps every one, which suits a larger print or a fine nozzle.

  2. Grid facade and stepped stands

One side is a tall flat wall with a fine grid pattern, and the inner stands are layered steps. A bigger print keeps more of the grid, and layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep the steps crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

La Bombonera is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. La Bombonera takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About La Bombonera

La Bombonera, officially Estadio Alberto José Armando, is a football stadium in the La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the home of Boca Juniors. Its nickname means 'The Chocolate Box', for its resemblance to one, and the official name honors Alberto Armando. Many regard it as one of the best-known stadiums anywhere, for its design, the history of its club and the intense atmosphere. The government of Buenos Aires has declared it a site of public interest, and it also serves as a concert venue.

The Delpini-Sulcic-Bes architectural office won the commission. The old stadium with wooden grandstands on the site was last used on April 10, 1938, and then demolished. Opening day was May 25, 1940, with a friendly between Boca and San Lorenzo that Boca won 2-0. With no lighting system, the match lasted only 70 minutes. The first official game followed on June 2, 1940.

A second tier opened on November 16, 1941, and a third tier and a lighting system were finished in 1953. In 1996 a fourth tier was added, plus a new wing with offices, a museum, VIP boxes and a press area. Murals fill the inside and the outside, and works by the painters Pérez Celis and Rómulo Macció decorate the exterior. The stadium is noted for shaking during matches when fans are in full voice, and from its highest reaches spectators can see the dockyards.
