25 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 650 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Fanned cables and tall pylons
Two tall pylons carry many thin cables across the bowl. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; Full detail keeps every cable on a larger print, ideally with 0.12–0.16 mm layers.
- Slender pylons
The pylons rise well above the bowl. Print slowly with good cooling so the tips stay clean.
- One piece with the ground
The Morodok Techo National Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Morodok Techo National Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Morodok Techo National Stadium
In Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Morodok Techo National Stadium serves many sports, and it is the main venue for a wider complex, the Morodok Techo National Sports Complex. The complex was built with the 2023 SEA Games, which Cambodia hosted, in mind. A groundbreaking ceremony for the stadium took place on April 4, 2017, and work on the main stadium started in August 2017.
China's government gave aid worth about $160 million (1.1 billion Chinese yuan) for the stadium, and the China State Construction Engineering Corporation developed it. About 340 Chinese engineers worked alongside 240 Cambodian workers and technicians on the construction, and the seats had all been installed by January 2019.
The structure was meant to look like a sailing ship, a symbol of Cambodia-China relations, since the earliest Chinese people to reach the country came by such ships. The design calls for a height of 39.9 m (131 ft) for the stadium and 99 m (325 ft) for two "prow" structures, intended to refer to the Khmer Sampeah gesture. The Rumduol flower is the basis of the whole design, and a moat surrounds the stadium, similar to moats at Angkor Wat.
About this model
The Morodok Techo National Stadium is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
