13 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Oval roof and open center
The model has a broad oval canopy with an open center, carried on exposed concrete towers. Print friendly adapts the roof edge and towers; Full detail keeps the membrane pillows and tension ring.
- Two seating tiers
Two stepped tiers and radial aisles sit inside the bowl. A larger print helps the thin scoreboard legs and roof-edge details survive; 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers keep the tiers crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Moshood Abiola National Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Moshood Abiola National Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Moshood Abiola National Stadium
Moshood Abiola National Stadium is a multipurpose national sports stadium in Abuja, in Nigeria's Federal Capital Territory. The Nigerian national football team plays its home games there, and the ground also hosts social, cultural and religious events. Nigeria's federal government approved the stadium and Games Village contract on July 18, 2000, and the venue was built for the 8th All Africa Games in October 2003.
The stadium is designed for 60,491 spectators under a lightweight roof. Two overlapping spectator tiers provide 32,000 seats below and 28,000 above, and the lower tier includes 56 corporate suites and a presidential lounge for 50 guests. The structure mixes in-situ and precast concrete, with 36 towers carrying the upper tier and roof. The main bowl was built between September 2000 and April 2003, and the complex was officially commissioned on April 8, 2003.
On June 12, 2019, President Muhammadu Buhari announced that the National Stadium, Abuja would be renamed Moshood Abiola National Stadium, in a Democracy Day speech at Eagle Square in Abuja. It is named for the former Nigerian politician and chief M.K.O. Abiola. Until the announcement, the ground was known as National Stadium, Abuja.
