Make this print opens the generator on a 650 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Rim truss and light masts

A slim white truss rings the top of the bowl, with light banks carried on thin masts above it. Full detail and a larger print keep the masts standing; Print friendly thickens them.

  2. Stacked decks and V arms

The model stacks a lower bowl, glazed suite bands and a steep upper deck, with thin V-shaped steel arms holding the top deck over the concourse. A 0.12–0.16 mm layer height keeps the arms crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Northwest Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Northwest Stadium takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Northwest Stadium

Northwest Stadium sits near Landover, Maryland, in Summerfield, a census-designated place about 2.5 miles (4 km) from Washington, D.C. The Commanders, Washington's National Football League team, play their home games there. Jack Kent Cooke Stadium was the name at the September 14, 1997 opening, chosen by Cooke's sons after their father died a few months before the opening. Between 1999 and 2024 it was FedExField, and in August 2024 a sponsorship from Northwest Federal Credit Union gave it the name Northwest Stadium.

The NFL's largest capacity, 91,000, was this ground's from 2004 until 2010; it seats 64,000. That figure has come down: 14,000 upper-deck seats went in the early 2010s and another 4,000 by 2015. In July 2023 a group led by Josh Harris bought the team and the stadium, and a year later his company, Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, took charge of non-NFL events there.

The ground has five levels: lower, club and upper levels, plus two suite levels. The lower level remembers Bobby Mitchell, the club level Joe Gibbs, and the upper level Pete Rozelle, a former NFL commissioner. Soccer has come too: six matches of the FIFA Women's World Cup in 1999 were played here, and college football, rugby union and concerts have followed.

About this model

Northwest Stadium is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
